I should be able to continue being a regular at this Maccas but I cannot continue with the problems that arise over service. I am now going to the other restaurants in the area instead. I used to enjoy a morning weekday coffee from the cafe but over the past year it has declined in standard. When I have tried to politely bring up a few problems with the order at the cafe and with the staffs at the front counter I get told there is nothing wrong. it seems a battle to have things corrected.They do eventually, but it is not done pleasantly. Also they ask for your receipt when you have a problem with the order . Remember to chase up a receipt when you order because the order is often incorrect so that you can have it corrected is more trouble than it is worth. I have also had to take food back in the takeaway bag or in the chip container and this is probably due to some of the counter staff . In comparison with other McDonalds I visit, I think this store needs to look at the service and approach of their staff unfortunately. I go where the service is friendly now.

This restaurant is well-located and appointed. The younger staff on counter and the floor seem polite and friendly. However, on dining there one evening, about a month ago, my family were appalled by the response of a manager, when a customer (missing cheese on his burger) complained. They continually asked for a receipt, which he stated he had not received, and would not remake the burger to include cheese (as ordered). The customer was becoming quite upset with the treatment and was beginning to disturb the restaurant however, it was evident that in this case, the customer was right. On many occasions, I have not received a receipt, and the cheese was clearly missing from the burger, so I hardly see a problem with replacing the item. However, instead of doing that, this manager walked off, returning with a slice of cheese and offered him this. Wow, now he had a stone cold burger with a piece of unmelted cheese sitting on it. I could not believe the way this situation was handled.
