    Very impressed with all aspects of service from McIntosh Electrical. The lady who did the booking was able to answer all of my questions before the electricians came ( unusual problem of needing a smoke alarm certificate for my house to be certified), as well as a tripping circuit, which Josh, the fantastic electrician, was able to fix....we have a serious water problem, and he cleverly suggested an exterior/waterproof light which means we hopefully won't have any more rust or circuit tripping. Peace of mind from the one year warranty on work. The last electrician I had here ( not from McIntosh....wont mention name) only gave a 3 month warranty, and, as he didn't replace my pool light as I asked( lamp holder of the pool light needed replacing, according to pool shop....this was ignored, and hence new globe lasted 3 months)....had to pay to get them back, which is crazy, and so I have now found McIntosh. Prices reasonable, clearly outlined on sheet, and all with a smile...punctual too. Also help with audiovisual equipment...i had two speakers not working,and Josh was able to reassure me it wasn't water damage to the speaker, and now i have sound in all four. Thankyou ..I will definitely use this company again.

    Very impressed from the time I phoned to get a quote, through to the polite boys who even cleaned up their own mess! Completed the job with professionalism and rates were great (for me!)...highly recommended!
