You can dine like royalty at one of Brisbane’s most prestigious hotels. Jeffrey R. Gear worked as the personal sous chef to Prince Charles before setting up a restaurant on the Isle of Man, which also attracted a blue-blood clientele. His menu speaks of his wealth of global experience, and brings in Middle Eastern and South Asian influences. Try the Tasmanian salmon encrusted in dukkah on tempura vegetables and parsnip mash. Groups can dine on the terrace.
