Have recently returned from another visit to this wonderful salon in East Perth! I have been a client of McMillans for many years and am prepared to travel the extra distance to receive the professional treatment that the staff provide here. All the crew are super friendly, are very attentive to my changing requirements with each visit and have always been very helpful in advising and recommending new styles, colours and cuts over the years. I enjoy the pampering and special touches the staff provide with each visit and always leave feeling like a new person. Highly recommended! After a recent visit to this salon, returning is certainly something I will not be doing. I am one of these people who likes to experiment with hair dressers and a few times a year will try a new salon. So after hearing about Mcmillians I decided to give it ago. Big mistake !!
The cut I received was average. That didnt bother me so much. I find there are more bad hairdressers than good out there anyway and there is just one more example in 4 Saunders street. My problem was with one of the staff members.
I dont want to go on, it makes me angry to think about it. It was not a nice experience. The owners should take note that a stuck up attitude will not gain business, and someone needs to tell that staff member they work in East Perth not New York.
