$450,000,000 worth of Real Estate transactions does not happen by accident! Since 1988, David has directly helped over 1100 families through what is often described as the biggest, most stressful transaction of their life.  Commencing his Real Estate Career in 1988, David has been working in the 
Bankstown area since early 1994,  having merged his business with Ray White Bankstown in 2008.

David says that one of his greatest strengths is that he learnt the business in a period during which interest rates escalated above 16%. In fact, it was this time that David rose to become the No.1 salesperson in the franchise in which he worked.

Now celebrating his 23rd year in Real Estate, David still loves nothing more than the â??hands on workâ?? of helping people buy and sell what is often their greatest asset.  He says the thrill of helping a young couple find their dream home, or the satisfaction of getting the very best price for his vendors is what keeps him striving to achieve.

To ensure his skills are continually fine tuned, David undergoes countless hours of training in all areas of the industry.  The past year alone has seen him complete in excess of 60 hours training.

David Loves spending his time away from his work with his family including his three young daughters Zoe, Gabriella and Georgia.  He also enjoys playing & watching a variety of sports.

David says that to him the best measure of success in the industry is a long list of happy and satisfied clients. The fact that 90% of Davidâ??s business comes from repeat referrals, is a sure sign that he is on the right track.
