    Do not shop here!! These car sales men are by far the worst car sales men in the world. They have no idea on what they are selling! the worst experience you will ever go through purchasing a car from this place! Avoid Melville Holden!!

    Approx $6000 worth of repairs were needed on a "PERFECT CAR, A1 mechanical condition,". When we contacted Melville Holden they would not take responsibility and refused to help. Don't worry about a Mechanical check..... just don't buy from them.

    Their 'certified used cars' are anything but. I needed $4000 worth of repairs to a used vehicle. GET THE RAC TO CHECK THE CAR BEFORE BUYING. It's taken me three months to sort all this stuff out. Their service department takes the cheap way out and hopes you'll go away. Most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. I wrote everything down ready to go to the fair trade ombudsmen, it was that bad. I'm glad I never have to deal with them again.
    I took my car back SIX TIMES for the same issues. Each time 'it was fixed.'
    BUY FROM A DIFFERENT DEALER.
