Michael Dunn Personal Training offers one on one personal training with a distinct difference - clients are comprehensively assessed for Muscular Imbalances and Weaknesses, combined with Flexibility Testing, prior to commencing any training. These assessments serve a very specific purpose, to identify and strengthen muscle weaknesses, this enables training to correct any existing over compensations (rehabilitation) and also prevent any further injuries or strength limitations (pre-habilitation) re-occurring.
In conjunction with strength assessments, flexibility testing is carried out to identify any muscles requiring specific attention to restore flexibility and enable full range of motion to occur. This is critical not only for injury prevention, but to allow more advanced exercises to be performed that burn more calories and yield superior results.
