The building works (bathroom, roof, air conditioning) were either left unfinished with no adequate explanation (eg. no verandah roof for 6 months) or were partially defective (eg. the tiling in the bathroom was found to be defective by the Building Advice & Conciliation Victoria). Considerable damage was also done to our property (eg. major water damage to an original Victorian front door caused by rain and the lack of verandah roof).
Monies paid in advance were not refunded.
Insolent attitude of these tradesmen left us cold.
Do not recommend.
