Reviews of Mildura Cardiology

I find this business to be more interested in money than the welfare of it's patients. On my first appointment with them i had to wait so long i suffered an anxiety attack and severe pains in the chest. My discomfort should have been obvious but if it was it was ignored.Although the staff behind the desk appear friendly and apologetic at such a long waiting period I feel they could be a lot more efficient. They shoud talk about what they did on the weekend etc out of work hours. I was never told of the huge expense i would have to pay for the simple tests and was shocked to see my bill. I don't see how the cost can be justified but then again i feel the same in regards to Dentists and vets. It disgusts me. After explaining to them that i could not possibly pay the huge bill right at that moment after my tests I was told i could pay it at a later date. I assumed that i would be given a reasonable time to pay. In the meantime i received a cheque from Medicare addressed to Mildura Cardiology I had no idea why it was sent to me and not them. Nothing was explained to me at all. Just a day before i was about to finalise my bill i received a letter from a dept collector. MGM Investigations. In total disgust at the treatment i recieved from Mildura Cardiology i decided i would now take my time and pay the bill off in installments because of their disgusting treatment. The payment plan was put in place. Payments were made as agreed. Still i kept recieving demanding threatening letters from MGM. I would have to ring them and explain that the letters i had recieved were not true and that payments were being made. I still kept recieving the letters. I would ring Mildura Cardiology and explain what was happening only to be told that i was paying my installments as agreed so i should not be recieving the letters from MGM Investigations. I then decided to email MGM and explain if the false allegations and threatening letters did not cease i would be taking legal action against their company. The letters stopped. My final payment was made to Mildura Cardiology. Many weeks after my final payment was made i recieved another letter from MGM Investigations on the 28/72010, demanding money. So fed up with all the harassment and false allegations being made about me i rang MGM and explained that i did not owe any money as they were alleging and to leave me alone and that one more letter from them and i will be seeking legal advice from my lawyer. I then hung up the phone in disgust. I then rang Mildura Cardiology to explain what was still happening. I was told my account had been finallised. While still on the landline phone to her my mobile rang. I looked at the number and it was MGM Investigations. I ignored it and she asked me if it was them ringing me and i told her yes. She told me she would ring MGM Investigations. I hope this will be the last time i hear from any of them or i WILL be seeking legal advice.
