Lush, urbane and sexy ... are you really surprised? After all, it’s not called “Raggedy Denim”. Smouldering darkly beneath the Prince of Wales Hotel, Mink takes your average cocktail menu, chews it up and reads it back at you in a husky Russian accent. As might be expected from its Soviet iconography, vodka is the spirit of choice here, although cocktails come in all forms and flavours, bar one: banal. Nostrovia!
