Do not go to Minsull Broome! They overcharged (over $400) for a simple service on a van. They were asked to replace a fuel filter as part of that service and did not. They advised we needed parts we did not need. The car was running perfectly when it went in and when it left it was sputtering. The car went back they appeared to fix the problem and then after less than 100km the car would not start. The car went back again to Minsull where they would not admit fault and were very rude.

If any of you are going to Broome and you need to get any repairs done to your jeep under no circumstances go to the recommended repairer Minshull Mechanics, it cost me $4200 for them to cross thread a power steering hose, leave oil in the radiator after the oil cooler split, break the insert of the oil filter, zip tie pressure hoses in place because the wouldn't fit after they cross threaded them also used zip ties instead of getting pressure hoses that were crimped, didn't replace any of the rubber hosing that was contaminated with oil and I have had to replace the radiator twice because the first one I replaced they put in the car then flushed the oil that was in the cooling system through it contaminating it with oil and making it useless. I took my car back four time for them to get it right and it still had oil in the cooling system...then i took it to some real mechanics to fix their repairs. So please do NOT take your car to these people it has cost me four months without a car and frustration that no person should experience and a whole lot of money oh I forgot they also didn't put the screws back in the grill or the power steering reservoir and they buckled the bonnet of my much loved car.

I had a very similar experience! They also ruined the spark plug covers of my van.

Charged over $500 for unnecessary work which could not possibly resolve the problem. Another disgruntled customer during my visit also. Lack integrity.
