waste of time and money ..spent close to 2000 on an engine rebuild and subsequent returns to fix their stuff ups (which they charged me for) I was lucky to get in a 10 minute ride before it 'needed a new spark plug'.
typical mechanic , fix it and stuff something else so I have to take it back
took it to other Auto Shop and was told the mechanic at MMM was one of the best and I should take it back ... ok, I will take it back but I am not paying them to fix their error, again!!
What great guys, I have a grandson who I bought a little bike , I know nothing about bikes and they serviced it and kept it running great for a very reasonable price, very honest!
when i sold the bike I put it in the shop prior to the sale and when a buyer heard it was at MMM bike shop he immediately bought it as he also deals with MMM and trusted them as much as I do......
With the sale running smoothly my grandson has upgraded from a pyi 50 to a 125 cc pit bike easily .....
and of course I am putting the pit bike in to be serviced and checked over by MMM prior to riding. thanks heaps for making it easy for me to do this bike riding stuff with my grandson
had a Vmoto Scooter sent it for a RWC needed a Rear tyre charged me $65 thats ok rwc $45 all good then had to replace steering beearing he would't pull apart and get a bearing so i had to sorce one with out the numbers etc then supplied bearing a 30 min job to fit and charges $160 labour and $5 sundries for grease poor customer service then would't item mise what he had done on bill would never use this guy again
Bought my frist Bike from these guys, very helpfull and gave me plenty of information on the bike and its history of riders. Tommy looked after me and fixed all the problems with the bike before I picked it up and even sorted out a new tank for the bike at a discounted price for me, would definetly reccomend these guys for both sales and service.
Called up friday, got a quote, said didn't need my details, just bring it in.
Dropped it off 9:15am with the young staff member there, got my details, said it would be ready in the afternoon. I said I will come in after work before they close.
Called up in the afternoon, to see if they accept credit card. The guy on the phone didn't know that I dropped my bike off, and asked if I dropped it off in the afternoon, and that my bike couldn't be ready, and would give me a bike.
Went there before they close, I asked why my bike wasn't ready, they guy still said that I dropped it off in the afternoon. I insisted that I dropped it off in the morning, and pointed to the person I left it with, who was silent at that time.
I am upset that I weren't offered an apology, and got blamed that when I dropped it off I didn't talk to them. I wouldn't recommand them to any of my friends and will never go there again. Waste my time!
I agree he very rude he had my scooter there for two weeks and woul't pull out bearing to get art number to replace it ngk said give them the number and they have one on shelf would't sorce part + give ruff time when be ready etc
Great service, they know their stuff, I wouldn't waste time elsewhere, it's hard to find a better motorcycle shop with more experienced mechanics, never a need to question price, Tommy has a good brain for troubleshooting problems.
Exceptionally helpful. They are a small business that has a fairly large range of motorcycle rleated parts and accessories. Large enough to have parts, small enough to care. They beat the big moto boys. Trust worthy when it comes to servicing bikes.
