    Seems rude staff si the theme here. I booked online for dinner last Wednesday (as no one was answering the phone) for Saturday night dinner. I hadn't heard back and got nervous so I called them Saturday afternoon just to double check. The rude staff insisted I didn't even book-so there was no booking! They were not apologetic, nor offered another time slot or any assistance whatsoever. I'm so glad I checked, it was for a special occasion and would have been very embarrassing rocking up with no reservation! Called 20 other places but they were all booked so my night was ruined.

    No doubt about it the restaurant looks great, the food & wine is overpriced but thats why people go there. The staff is what killed our experience we had the rudest staff looking after our table. I feel bad judging a place one night out but if Im paying top dollar I want top service.

    One of the nicest restaurants on the central Gold Coast to eat at. Nice atmosphere, polite and friendly staff, but best of all, great steaks! You won't be disappointed!

    I have been eating at Moo Moo's for about 4 years now and it never disappoints. I've been there for romantic dinners for 2, with small groups and most recently with 50 of my friends. Every time the food is absolutely mouth watering with magnificent service. The selection of food and wines are amazing and it is a wonderful place to not only eat a meal, but also catch up over a drink or 2. I can't recommend it highly enough. Every time we travel from Sydney to the Gold Coast we stop in for a meal. Pure bliss!!

    I adore this place! I love the vibe, the winelist, the service and of course, the food! I usually order 2 entrees so I get a few different tastes. Amazing wine list, with an impressive selection avaiable by the glass so you can mix and match. My fave restaurant and the parmesan truffle fries are to die for :)

    Have been here for work lunches and an anniversary dinner - must recommend the wagyu - cut at the table. Melts in your mouth. Great to drop by for a drink at the bar or an evening with friends. Good local haunt and well worth the awards it receives.

    Recently dined at Moo Moos for a special girls night. I booked a table more than 2 weeks in advance explaining to the gent who took my reservation that we could get a little rowdy and to please seat us accordingly, a table outside, great!
    We arrived on time & I spoke with a witress to let her know that we were here for our booking. We continued to enjoy a few drinks whilst waiting to be seated, after at least 15 mins I enquired at the bar of our booking. We had been forgotten and they had given our table away!!! Not Happy. so we were seated inside the main dining area, very crowded, with young children on the surrounding tables. Totally not glam for the girls night out!
    I had very high expectaions of Moo Moo, food was good, however our whole experience was marred by the simple fact that a waitress carelessly gave our table away. Not cool!
