    I see Dr. Gabriel or Dr. Lubke usually and I find their manner to be excellent. They care, are knowledgeable and they listen. Dr. Gabriel I find particularly empathetic and genuinely caring, as well as thorough.
    I also had to see Dr. Nemetallah at short notice and he was also very pleasant and professional.
    They fact they bulk bill on weekdays is a rare service nowadays and it shows respect for their patients.

    Just saw Dr. Nemetallah at short notice, when no other doctor centres seemed open or available. A very pleasant experience. Good advice and good manner.Only had a brief wait. Joseph Pousson

    I called and asked if I could make an appointment for the same day. I was told "I can book you in for 8.40". Naturally I would assume this means 8.40PM. I replied "8.40PM?" as it seemed very late and was told "yes". I turned up at 8.40PM and the place was shut. and it was obviously too late to find another place and have to wait another day in terrible pain. I'm not even sure if they booked it in for the following morning as I didn't even get a call from them. Terrible experience and I wouldn't give this practice another chance

    AWFUL! For some reason I have kept going back to this dreadful place, and have had nothing but problems! There was even a disagreement between the pharmacy and the doctor over a prescription he wrote for my daughter and they both disagreed as to what was the right use of the drug! The doctor even sat there GOOGLING answers on the computer to medical questions I was asking him!!! Unreal. I cannot believe the nerve! And try getting the medical records sent to another medical centre HAHAHA! Good luck! Please just save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
