I am Graham Bowling, your local Mortgage Choice franchisee. My role is to help you identify and arrange the mortgage which best meets your financial circumstances and allows you to finance your chosen property.

I am accredited with 24 different lenders who together offer over 300 different mortgage products.  Every one of these products from every one of these lenders will be considered in developing a short list of potential products for you to consider.  Once I have profiled some of our more competitive loan options, you will be in a position to make an informed choice and I will follow your application from lodgement to settlement.

My assistance costs you nothing. I am paid by the lender when your mortgage funds are drawn down at settlement and I am paid the same commission*, no matter which lender you choose.

I dont think its possible to find a better Mortgage Broker than Elisa Elfverson and her team at Mortgage Choice North Sydney.

Elisa has consistently found the best possible product & loan structure for our needs, saving us literally tens of thousands of dollars over the years. But what puts Elisa streets ahead of the rest is her relentless proactive approach, in particular during the critical stages of a purchase, sale or refinance. How many times do we hear of stresses due to lenders cutting things really fine, or even failing to deliver on time?

Elisas approach in proactively planning for these challenges really reduces the chance of them occurring, but most significantly she stays one step ahead by continually chasing the lender before problems surface, to ensure they deliver without issue on time - or even early.

If you are seeking a Broker who will get you the best possible deal every time, and throughout the process continually push the lender on your behalf to really keep things moving, then you simply won't find better than Elisa Elfverson.
