    It is so unexpected(unfortunately) to get such firendly service nowadays. What a lovely lady, not just in person but on the phone as well! She listens carefully to what you want and the flowers are always so fresh and beautifully arranged as discussed. I felt it important to share this review as I know a lot of people appereciate great products and service but never get around to posting a review. Keep it up - it doesn't go unoticed and unappreciated!

    As part of my job and personally I send flowers frequently. I felt compelled to write a review of the friendliness of Heike - she certainly stands out from the crowd with warmth and humour in her voice, but ever mindful that the task is to provide lovely flowers for the order. Entrusted her to choose and I am confident that they will be lovely.
