Not nice!
I took my 5 and a half month puppy to this place for her first clip (my dog is very energetic) everything seemed ok until I picked her up.
She was in a cage and when she saw me started to cry out, then staff was there and yelled at her to be quiet and grabbed a bottle of fluid and said will spray her. Then the staff who clipped her started to lecture me on how I'm too soft on her and how bad of a dog she was, and how I should poke her when she's naughty which was very upsetting as she isn't a naughty puppy, just energetic and it was her first time!
And when I got her in the car and at home, she wasn't herself, she was very withdrawn, and moved away from me when I tried to pat/touch her.

They are awful, I went in there for my dog to be groomed, not for a lecture.
I would not recommend this place at all.

  I had the same experience, and would not return to this place
  They are not caring towards animals. I have never hit my dog, so this was a first for her.
  I actually thought about reporting them to the RSPCA.

great service, good advice and reasonable pricing.
I liked them because they didn't add on little things to the bill, the price they quoted was the price I paid and our girl looked great.
