    sent an email to mfw and was told to contact them by phone did so and got a rude salesman very unhelpful, i was after a specific vehicle and he told me that they have 7 yards but couldnt tell me if they had the requested vehicle and wanted me to apply just so i could get information and im not going ta apply for a car that they may not have, apparently they want to be the biggest car financer in aus but im not travelling 2 hours to melb to find out that they dont have the car i want and be pressured into some crap box, if they cant provide the required info then why should anyone go through them. Get it together mfw its not hard to source info from your "other yards" and customer relations is what sells cars.

    they are the worst company i have ever dealt with they are so rude, i called up because i wanted to get a car and im on a pension and i was asking questions and the person on the phone told me just to come in i said i didnt know if i wanted one i just wanted to find out what kind of car i can get and all that. So i went in they took all these documents i brought in and they came out and told me that i just made it so i could get a car but they had none that i wanted i just wasnt interested so the person we were dealing with went and grabbed another worker and stood over us and literally said well where does this leave us now?
    how is it my problem that they have nothing that i want its not like they were even busy and i told them i didnt even know if i wanted to get one i just wanted to find out what i could get, i felt so uncomfortable like i had to get a car.
    i dont think anyone should ever deal with them they are a disgrace!
