Don't be tight, keep your body moving with ease..

Got pain?

Please, make a booking and have a free assessment. IT COSTS NOTHING. We can talk and formulate a diagnosis for your pain.
A physical assessment will follow.

The aim is to find the cause of your pain.

Muscle tightness, joints that don't move well and asymmetries between sides are all clues towhat's causing your pain.

Ultimately, you will get a treatment plan to address your problems, at which time you can decide if you wish to continue.

The FULL TREATMENT

As part of the Full Treatment, you will be given a combination of some or all of soft tissue massage, joint loosening and re-alignment, joint stabilisation, stretches, acupuncture, core strengthening and specific target muscle strengthening.
Usually the first goal is to reduce discomfort. When this starts to happen, more attention is placedon making sure the body is adapting to remain pain free. Most people agree that a holistic approach to treatment is the best way to make lasting change and at Moving with Ease, these thoughts are put into practice. This usually involves maintenance treatment with a focus on functional exercises related to everyday living or sport, depending on your problem.

OTHER BITS AND PIECES

Don't want the Full Treatment??
No problems, why not try the dry needling (acupuncture), trigger point release, or deep tissue massage options!! It costs less and it will give you quick relief.

Services also include classes (Over 60's - Vintage, Pilates and Desk Worker's Pit Stop) and personal training.
