Before heading into a movie at Macarthur Square shopping centre have a well earned feed at the 'Mustang Spur' steak house.

The friendly team of staff are more than happy to tend to your order, busily rushing it back to the kitchen for the chef to prepare your meal to your specifications. Lap up the relaxed environment while you wait for your meal (although you won't be waiting long).

When was the last time you had a jacket potato? Or even just a hearty steak. Go on, try for something classically Australian tonight. You'll thank me later.

I have been there only 2-3 times it has opened and every time i have been in there the food has been cold, when it has been served to the table, the chickenwings i got were not cooked all the way through, which is a health hazard right there, the service is relatively good, the only good thing about the place, menu is not cheap anymore but i accept the fact the produce has increased in price, but still, i went there with my parents and all three of our meals had to be sent back due to the fact of being cold or undercooked, if they want to succeed where they are, they will need to pick up their service of food and beverage, not to mention the cooking staff need to make sure that all the food is cooked, the last time i was there, which was only last week, my pork ribs were not properly cooked all the way through. Overall not a good place to eat

Have been eating at Spurs occasionally since it opened and have seen it go downhill. On our last visit (note I said LAST) my steak was tough, onions and potato cold, and the price for this seems to have gone up. And it was so noisy that I couldn't make myself heard when our wait person asked how the meal was. Had we been asked when we paid the bill I would have told them then. The only saving grace for this restaurant is that it is close to the cinema, but I would rather travel a few minutes to Campbelltown and get a decent steak.

  maybe you should have eaten the food once it was served and not sat there speaking ...obviously ur food will go cold !!!!

Great location and great menu (fajitas, nachos etc). Service could be improved as staff slightly inexperienced.
