    Always a great stop at Pacific Fair, three stories of make - up, accessories, shoes, clothes, Manchester, books, stationery, kitchen ware, white & brown goods, crockery, etc. If you can't find what you're looking for here, you're probably not looking hard enough.

    dont get me wrong i love myer.. love the fashion there etc but some staff that work there are pretty rude. i dont no if its because im 19 so they think i wont buy anything worth their while but they are just so rude and i believe they would lose lots of business that way

    I always find the staff at Myer Pafcific Fair absolutely lovely. Even though they are super busy, they always have time to help me with anything I'm looking for.

    I was in the bag/accessories section a few weeks ago and was trying to find a faux flower for a special occasion. Not only did the lady unpack the boxes to double check if any new stock had arrived, she checked her notes and called someone to find out if when they would be getting more of a range - very helpful!

    I always enjoy browsing through Myers. The layout, presentation of stock and the friendly staff all help to make this store a pleasure to shop in. Pick sale time to shop and the prices are very good.

    I was given the run around at Myer Broadbeach(Pacific Fair)when I needed to return a pair of shoes that were not suitable without a receipt. As Myer staff always put their receipts in the bag, I of course forgot to fish it out when I got home with the new shoes, and threw it away with the bag (whoops)! The Myer staff could not give me a return voucher, and I had to swap for items to the value of my purchase on the day, even though there was nothing else I wanted. The staff treated me like I was a nuisance, and made it very difficult and time consuming by calling a manager to the counter to discuss the return. Myer used to be very reasonable with their exchange policy, but now it seems like they are watching every dollar, and are not interested in an innocent customer like myself who has been shopping with them for over 20 years. I understand that they are not legally oblidged to exchange, but it's a pity they have now turned me off shopping with them.
