Excellent, excellent service. My web page was done in 3 days. The staff attended to my requests almost immediately. Very friendly, and approachable. The team followed me up with phone calls to make sure I was kept up to speed and that I understood how things worked. They explained everything very thoroughly and there was no technical difficult language. This whole process in setting up my website was simply too easy. The team is absolutely wonderful. All I can say are just good things. Great job guys. You have another very happy customer.

    I ordered a premium website through MyWork. I'm happy with the look and feel of the website but it took a lot longer than they promised. When I contacted them about the due date, I felt the customer service wasn't very good. In subsequent emails I often received no response or the responses were quite curt.
    I would use them again because they are well priced and do good work. Next time I hope the customer service aspect has improved.

I am sorry to read that you did not receive the customer service you expected. Iâ??ve looked over the development timeframe for your particular project and I noted that it was delayed by the departure of one our long-term designers who had left our company to pursue a career outside of the web design industry. Although I fully respect that this delay would have been frustrating from your perspective, please be aware that it is certainly far from the norm for our company.     My partner heard them advertised on the radio and suggested we look them up. We did, made a phone call to Matt whom was very informative, helpful, understanding and reassuring.

    Being a person whom liked dealing with people in person and or by phone, Matt has given me confidence to deal with business online. I was feeling nervous and overwhelmed with modern day technology when there was no need, I was made to feel comfortable and that nothing was a problem.

    Sam was our Website and Graphic Designer and was a pleasure to deal with. She had details of how I wanted our website to look and with a few minor adjustments our website was created. Unbelievable, she was so intuitive. I'm so impressed.

    There were emails with the many questions I had about everything and Sam replied in an easy to read and understand format. All the information you need is there on their site, you just need to look around and learn.

    Sam made our website live, only when I felt ready. Sam has assured me that should I need to have any further questions answered, just let her know.

    I have a very high regard of and am very proud of Sam whom did an excellent job on creating our website.

    I will be recommending My Work Australia to anyone requiring a website and letting everyone know what excellent work they do.

    1st Class service - Matt and his team were so easy to deal with.
    The design of my website www.oztravelclub.com.au was handled by Martin with an amazing & professional ability. a number of alterations to interpret my needs were handled immediately and enthusiastically , nothing was to much trouble - technical explainations made simple.
    The resulting website and appearance far exceeded my expections in every way and I can honestly reccommend mywork to any business needing a professional looking website.

    Having been referred to MyWork I already had a high expectation! I made my initial contact was was pleased with the fast response. Once I had completed the information required for my website I was stunned at the equally fast response - they'd made the sale now, I expected to just be added to the queue. Dan had made a few suggestions to make my site better and went back and forward answering my various questions without issue and so efficiently!!! I was advised of my booking time - about a week and a half and was thrilled when my site was created almost spot on time - a day early by my calendar!!

    I requested a few changes and again the response was fast and fantastic! I couldn't have quite what I wanted but they explained why and that was just fine!

    Like all the others on this review site I can't recommend them more highly. A real pleasure to deal with and I didn't even need to leave my desk!!!

    MyWork designed an amazing shop website for our new business www.TheAdultToyShop.com.au . The end result was better than we ever imagined and the staff were friendly, professional and just so helpful. The system is really easy to use and has all the features that you could need, everything from stock control to E-Newsletters. After having a negative experience with another web design business, I made sure to contact some of MyWorks prior cutomers and the reviews I got from them were absolutely positive. This is a fantastic business that does an amazing job at a very competitive price. Thanks!!

    This was my first time to find a web designer. They were awesome, really helpful and friendly.Had my website going so quickly and got it fantastic on the first time.     My first experience with website design - MyWork, Matt and his team were so efficient. Our webpage is up and running, and with constant updates needed, the administration page makes it so simple. I can't believe you get so much for $150 per year.

    Really happy with the service, the website and the cost.

Not once was there even a hint of frustration or loss of patience. All correspondence took place almost immediately, and your knowledge in your field and patience to honour my requests more than exceeded my expectations. Results were delivered in a timely fashion with friendly and prompt communication. All of this at an affordable price deserves the highest of recommendations from me.
