    I was given a voucher to experience at Natskin in South Melbourne. From the minute I walked in I was greeted by some lovely staff who took me to some very comfortable couches to relax before my treatment. I was a little hesitant as I have never had a spa treatment before, and to be honest I didn't know what to expect. I enjoyed some lovely herbal tea while waiting for my therapist. It was delicious! She took me into the room and spoke to me about my concerns and what treatment I will be having. (It was the escape package). She really put me at ease!
    I must say, it was the most amazing experience I have ever had! I felt so nurtured and cared from my therapist and after such a stressful couple of weeks it was definitely what I needed!! I can't believe I haven't done this before. I have now rebooked and can't wait for my next visit. Thank you Natskin for making me feel amazing!! :)

    I went to sth Melb day spa... The desk was unattended for 8mins before any one noticed I was there :( then my half day package was performed a way they use to 10 years ago... No robes, slippers given- the massage didn't even hit the firmness I asked for, the facial was also very old way... The stripping of the mask felt like was ripping my skin off oppose to steaming a cloth infused with essential oil to clean it off:( the pedicure was uncomfortable sitting on a dining chair, not necessarily comfortable & that polish was a beautiful colour the application was petty... I know you have only been there a few weeks, but you need guidance thru new age pampering, please go out & get pampered yourself, because the technique you are using is ancient, the facial massage was bad, all nerve endings were missed & fresh water should always be used to every cleanse. Sorry guys, but that experience was a blast from the past for me, I will not recommend or be back but all the best!!

    Thank you so much for everything you did yesterday for Kim's surprise 40th birthday. She had an awesome time. You and your team did a fantastic job of keeping the whole thing a secret. Thank you.

    A particular thank you also to Lauren who really provided extraordinary customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and she really listened to what I was trying to accomplish and did a stella job of ensuring I got the right things set up.

    And then there were the treatments themselves. Kim's nails were spectacular after the Shelac treatment and still look great 4 weeks later and she loved the massage and 2-course lunch with her best friend. Best of all I got several votes as "husband of the year".

    Thanks! We will definitely be back.....this time I'll have to make sure I get a treatment!

    One of the best ways to spend your day. Hubby bought me the half day package for my birthday. It was great to be so pampered and relaxed. Bought the same package for my sisters. It's now going to be a yearly ritual.
