For a company that has personal care as one of their taglines I am surprised and saddened by the attitude and lack of understanding shown by a management staff with whom I spoke today. Due to concerns over a lump that has appeared in my breast (I am already a breast cancer patient) I had not yet called to cancel my appointment that was scheduled for tomorrow. I had planned to call after the ultrasound today ensuring that I gave more than 24 hours notice but received a call from Natskin as I was leaving the hospital. I did try to explain this to the management staff, but the curt response was "just as well I called you then". I explained that I would be on medical leave next week and would actually like to book in for a longer appointment but was pushed to book in for a single slot next Thursday. When I asked if there were any other available times I was informed, quite brusquely, that it was filling up very quickly and there was a waiting list so the appointment would just be cancelled. I did try once again to explain my situation. The attitude was abrupt, harsh and showed a total lack of compassion or understanding. I cannot continue to go and support somewhere that shows such lack of understanding for its clients.
