    Andrew is one of those rare tradespeople you find that is so honest, friendly and does a fantastic job - and an all round nice guy! We dealt with Andrew over a year of an extensive renovation and was a breath of fresh air given some of the trades we were dealing with. I highly recommend Andrew for any job big or small. Would use Andrew again in a flash.

    Excellent electrician! Turns up on time, friendly and a can-do attitude. Did several jobs here including installing (and recommending) LED lights in our kitchen and dining room. No mess, quick and efficient. Highly recommended.

    Have used Andrew a number of times over the years and always found him fantastic to deal with, returns calls, turns up on time and his work is great and he is reasonably priced. Nothing is ever too hard and he has been more than accommodating with changing schedules when we have needed him at short notice. I can't recommend him enough, if only other tradies were this easy to deal with..

    Talk about great service! I called up to ask about fitting a light and they were here within half an hour and were able to fit it that afternoon. Good price and great service. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

    I was looking forward to using this sparky based on the good feedback below. Sent an online enquiry through this website for a quote and received no reply after 4 days. Called up to follow up to be told they didn't receive my enquiry and that they charge a "$45 diagnostic fee" for visiting before they can give a quote. If you go ahead with the work, this fee is waived, otherwise you have to pay it before a quote is given. Odd how none of the reviews below mentioned this?! This is unheard of in business practice today. I am not prepared in principle to fork out $45 just so I can obtain a quote which might not be favourable to go ahead with. I assume this fee is to recoup their "arrive on time else we will pay you $100" costs!

      Thank you for your comments, Yes your email did slip through our systems, we have been over whelmed with work and I have been sick. So I do sincerely apologise for not responding promptly.
      You were advised on the phone, upfront about our diagnostic fee and declined to use our services. It seems unfair that you review our business when you have not experienced our services? There is 22 5 star reviews below from people who have used our services.
      What I also explained to you on the phone, was that the fee was waived if you go ahead with any paid work, it is in our best interest that our customers proceed with work
      These days few electricians donâ??t have some form of a diagnostic/ call out fee. The difference is that we advise you upfront on the phone about it and donâ??t try to hide it in fine print or hidden charges.
      We pride ourselves on turning up on time and take our guarantees very seriously!

    I can not recommend Andrew enough! After all my experiences of dealing with tradesmen it's hard to believe one like this really is out there, it was like a breath of fresh air! He did everything he said he would and more, did a great job, was very professional, friendly, reliable and honest. Don't hesitate to call him, you will no regret it!     I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone. He came to our place to look at what we thought was a straight forward problem, but the unique wiring of our house meant that Andrew had to solve a few issues that werent part of the initial request.     Thanks Andrew ! You managed to sort out our elctrical problem- this was a problem that another electrician couldn't resolve after two attempts and a problem which many other electricians shide away from (messages were left but no one no returned my call). After eight weeks of stress I contacted Andrew, what a breath of fresh air ! Not only did he give helpful advice over the phone but he was out promptly (and on time) to assess the problem and provide a written quote. Andrew even contacted us the day before to confirm the job and was then here on time to start work. The job was completed in a professional and friendly manner and we haven't had a problem since. To top it off Andrew also replaced numerous power points which we had purchased but not yet installed- all without additional charge. He was clean and tidy- what more could you ask for.     Andrew promptly returned by initial email, was very professional in all of his communications (even ringing me advising me he was going to be running a little late)

    Andrew was extremely professional. He arrived when he saidhe would, quoted the job, came back with a written quote and was very reasonable. He also checked out our smoke detectors whist he was here. He installed 2 ceiling fans and an outdoor power point. He cleaned up the mess and was very efficient. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.

    Wow - what a fantastic service. Andrew called back promptly when I contacted him for a quote, gave me heaps of extra information and suggestions on the job I wanted done even before he came out to the hosue. On the day of the quote, he arrived promptly, listened to my needs, made very helpful (and money-saving!) suggestions and provided a competitive quote on the spot. Even better - he could start immediately so the job was done that day! I was very happy with his work - and have just called him back for some more work in our laundry and garage.     I had a job of wiring up a new oven and running a new circuit for the Shed, so I contacted several Electricians with Andrew being one of them. Andrew was the only person who returned my call and actually came out to see me to quote on the required work to be carried out.
    His Quote was clear and itemised. He was prompt, carried out the work efficiently and cleaned up after himself. I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew to any one and have passed his details to my family and friends. I would definitely use Andrew again.

    Andrew was a fantastic electrician. I am really happy with his work. He was always prompt, always happy to discuss everything he was doing, very clean and tidy and very flexible with his time. We had a number of jobs that required a great deal of "crawling" through dark and dusty spaces, and creative thinking and he did the work in as neat a way as possible. Even after all the rain, our pergola lights are still working great and every other electrician tried to steer us away from that plan! Nothing was too tricky for Andrew. He always had a neat and affordable solution to our requests. I have recommended him to heaps of friends and family. His invoices are always clear and his prices are very competitive- offering a discount on a number of services. I will have no hesitation in hiring him again.
