I initially had them come out to do a routine service on 2 of our fujitsu air cons.
One of our units was not working too well (not responding well to the remote) so was told that we should replace in indoor board for a couple of hundred dollars. A month later the air con stopped working and so called them to have them replace the indoor board.
We were told that they had to come out and diagnose it properly. WE said that it is likely the indoor board and would prefer to take the risk that we got it wrong as the doagnosis call out was going to cost $100 little less then the replacement board. We were told that they cannot do this, but assured us that the price of the diagnosis would be taken from the overall cost.
So, they came out, and said that they couldn't be sure which board it was (indoor or outdoor), so we would probably have to replace both - quote to follow. A week later - no quote. 2 weeks later, no quote so I called them and was told that they will send it out. After another week I rang and was gven a verbal that it would probably be about $1000 for both boards, quote to follow.
Needless to say, no quote ever arrived. I gave up with this company and was just left with an aircon which was not even put back together after their 'investigation'. This was over a year ago, but thought I would comment after having read other similar stories here. AVOID!
