Same for me, instead of just calling and asking about my late fee, which i would have gladly paid, they send a letter from a debt collector. So the first point of contact is an aggressive one. There is another video store in north lakes, use them, because your kidding yourself if you think network video wont come after you at some point.

  lol all these reviews are for the same thing all the time...blah blah i didnt pay my bill and the company tried to ask me for the money I owed them!!! Just pay your outstanding debts you deadbeats.

  I'm a member of network video myself, so i know for a fact that if you have any overdue late fees with them they either text your nominated phone number OR leave messages on your home contact number. It's how a video shop operates, how else are they meant too make money? there's a system, don't like it? don't join video shops.

Thanks to this video store, I have a debt collector chasing me for the sum of 3 overdue videos. The collection agent has added $81 onto my existing overdues bill of $14.98. This is how this store treats its customers who have overdue fees. Be careful not to join this store a\or you may find out they've destroyed your credit rating while you were on holidays!!
