I've had nothing but issues here. when I bought my new KIA I was promised a full tank of fuel if I paid cash on the day (the car was out the back but I couldn't take it home that day as it wasn't ready yet), when I picked up the car there was less than 1/4 tank of fuel so I needed to talk to the management, for that issue I didn't get my fuel but was told when I brought in my car for a service I would get my mats, when I took the car in for the service I told them about the mats the day I had rung the management etc, no one knew anything about the mats so I had to wait for the management to come back from lunch.
I have an issue with my air con I was told to bring my car in and at the next service they would have a look at it. I had a day off of work took the car in for a service told them about the air con and they said they would have a look, when I picked up the car they went through what they had done for the service and I asked well what about the air con the service people didn't know anything and id have to wait around for the mechanics to finish lunch, I had a leak somewhere in the lines and I would need to bring the car back again for them to look at it and one of the service people said that I would be charged for them having to look at it when the other service person said its only 3 years old its still under warranty. took another day off of week two weeks later so they could have a look at where the leak was, I was told they would need to order in a part and I would have to come back in another two weeks.
I'm currently looking for a wagon car and found one I liked at New spot KIA, though because of my bad experiences with them I have no interest in spending my money with them as I don't need anymore issues with this establishment and when my warranty is up I will never shop there again.
