Each time i have been into this restaraunt, i have enjoyed the food and service. Depend on what dish you order, it will be brought out differently, my favourite is the hawaiian boat which is special fried rice plus pineapple and pine nuts and served in half a pineapple. The pricing is fairly reasonable for all food within the restaraunt, but the menu could do with being more clearer on how much chilli is in a dish. The service although the wait staff hover a little bit around the tables, it was very efficient and friendly. This restaraunt is a great place for a quick meal before the movies or a great meal in general. Overall great service great food. -
i went there today and it was horrible. First the food wasn't that nice, and when we asked for the free water that all restraunts are supposed to provide, we were told that it would cost $2.50 each. When we asked why we were told it was in case you broke a cup and to wash up the cup. After we had eaten and suffered through the service we asked if we could have some plates, we had a birthday cake we had bought for one of us, and we were told that it would be $2.50 each if we wanted plates and cutlery to eat out own cake. We said fine and asked if we could have some napkins instead, and they still said they would charge us $2.50 because it was to eat the cake. This whole time we were saying how unacceptable this was, but they would pretend to not understand us even though they understood fine previously. Eventually we went and made a formal complaint to Macarthur Square who were shocked by all this, but when we told the restraunt when we paid for our meal they said they didn't care if we complained because our opinion didn't matter, and they just wanted us to get out of the restraunt! Apart from all this their menu is made to trick you, they have picture s with meals with rice, but the meal actually dosn't come with it, so when you ask for your rice you are missing they bring it and add the cost to your bill. In all this waas a horible experience, the only good part of the day was then going across to the coffee club where we had coffee and were able to eat our birthday cake for no extra charge! -

I took some Italian Tourists there after reading some good reviews. Food was ok but they were so rude especially to my guests.
Then they tried to rip them off by charging them for asking for an extra glass!!
When we asked them about this extra charge they said it is normal but these charges are not displayed anywhere! When asked to remove the small amount from the bill they refused and become very aggressive! Absolutely no idea of customer service, they have lost a lot of potential business. Granted it was a trivial amount but it is the principal. -

Luv this place, one of my all time favourites....Justin, the manager, is the nicest guy and is always eager to make sure his customers are satisfied.
We had a xmas gathering 2 year ago there and he didnt let us down. Our staff raved about the meals and now two years later they have the same amount of customer service and excellent food they did back then.
Highly recommended.
