Mark Nicholas is a BOOK OF KNOWLEDGE. He has so much passion for the wellbeing of animals and takes time to explain everything into detail with different treatment options. The afterhour service is a BIG bonus, especially for emergency care. Some tests can even be done with straight results, no waiting time. Highly recommended!

Dr Nicholas would have to be one of the most caring and informed vets I have come across. His knowledge and time taken with each animal, be it an emergency or general check up is to be admired. I highly recommend this surgery for general care and afterhours emergency care. You are not rushed, there is genuine compassion and care displayed for all animals no matter the time of day....or night.

Extremely compassionate while providing excellence in veterinary care. I recently took my 14 year old canine companion to the Noosa District Animal Hospital. For seven years I had been of the opinion a tumor on his leg could not be removed as there would be no skin left to stitch if it was removed. I had accepted this would be his demise and when the tumor started to rupture last week I prepared myself as best I could to say goodbye to my hero Zeus whom in my opinion saved my life some 13 years ago. Zeus had been a neglected and abused stray dog that wandered to my front door and on the same night he bailed up an intruder who broke into my home who was going to harm me. My tears were taken over by absolute joy when the Vet advised me he could remove the tumor and would be able to stitch the skin. This was such a relief to hear! Zeus is now recovering well from his surgery and words cannot express my gratitude to the wonderful Team at the Noosa District Animal Hospital!
