I am upset with the service I received, they gave me a quote for $1500 and said it would take 4-5 days. A week later they called me and said it would now be $1700 and they would call me the next day so I could pick it up. they never called. 3 days later, they called and asked me to pay over the phone so I could come and collect it over the weekend when they were closed. I gave them my card details to pay.. then when I checked my bank they took out $2000!! I called them upset as I never authorised $2000.. They said it needed "extra work" and that "sorry, i forgot to call you to tell you" I never approved any extra work. (and when I looked on the receipt they sent me the extra work was 'oil change' ..??) I will never go there again and warn others to be careful.
