We offer on going beginner's yoga, intermediate classes and also meditation classes. Alison holds a Gold Diploma in teaching gita style hatha yoga. Call now to relax. Monday- Intermediate Class: 6.45pm, Beginners: 8.15pm. Tuesday- General class: 6.15pm, Strong Intermediate class: 7.30pm. Wednesday-Intermediate Class: 9.30am, Beginners class: 6.45pm, Intermediate class: 8.15pm. Thursday- General Class: 12.00pm. Friday private appointments only. Saturday- General Class: 9am. Sunday Closed. Cost for Yoga classes: $15.00 for single class $60.00 for 5 classes $80.00 for monthly pass Meditation:$105.00 Reiki Treatment: $60.00 for 1 hour Treatment
