I'm sorry but I would not recommend this repairer. Firstly, they proceeded to order items before a writen quote was recieved and agreed upon, then proceeded to back-charge significant amount of money to return the items to the manufacturer. We at no stage gave any indication that we would proceed without first reviewing a quotation which was to be sent via email before ordering materials, the email never arrived. They were rude, abrubt and were untruthful about making phone calls to reach an agreement that they could proceed. To date, they have yet to produce evidence of these calls and we are taking the matter to small claims. I would suggest looking for any other repairer before contacting this one, or if you do ensure a written quotation is recieved before any work is commenced.

  It is disappointing that you feel this way. I gave you a verbal quote in person as did another spa repairer who gave you the same verbal quote and gave you my contact number. Thank you for the compliment you gave me that I was able to successfully repair the pump and heating problem you had.
