Am very disapointed at the O'Aces as was a patron for many years .. Am now rethinking my membership to the club as the decline in service and food in the last couple of months is great .It really saddens me that this has happened as it use to be a great club and a great local staffing changes has made a great impact on the overall presentation and food quality...

Hello I was at the club for Melbourne Cup Lunch I must say i was most impressed with the standard and quality of the food and service They advised us that there was a new chef and that they were about to turn the dinning room into a gourmet Cafe/ Coffee shop I was also told that they do a great brunch on Sundays. I will be trying this brunch and also waiting for the grand opening of the new Gourmet Cafe. Well done O'Aces you are on a real winner here with your new team and we wish you every bit of success with your new venture

Can't believe both comments I have read below. Since the disappearance
Of the old kitchen staff food has never been better. It's new, it's absolutely beautiful,
And your appetite is always fulfilled. Staff are always friendly and very well presented.
Great club great food. New chef is an absolute blessing for the club. :) thumbs up!
Love the new idea of food on Sundays for breakfast. Delightful!

Was at the club the other day for drinks and a meal with my husband... Have been there on many occasions and was very dissapointed at my last visit.... There seams to be something going on there is there is a chap that no longer works there ... Always greeted us with a smile and cooked our meals to perfection also was able to serve our drinks and basically advised all staff and supervised... Was a real dissapointment at our last visit... The so called management which we have never seen before was extremely rude to both my husband and myself .... There was another attractive lady working which was nothing but friendly which shows she knows customer service( a plus) ... Ate our meals which were bad and will never be there again...Advise all others to not even enter the venue.. Many more around with a management that knows how to train their staff and run the venue....

  I must strongly disagree with this comment I have found the new staff to be a real credit to the club. The food is of a high standard they have painted the dinning room and the menu has a lot more to choose from now at great prices. The above comment just sounds like sour grapes I wish them every bit of luck with the new look and we will be back.

Went out after a hard day of work, i wanted a drink and not to cook dinner.
I order the chicken Kiev n my partner a chicken schnitzel. My Kiev was half raw so i send it back and we got a free round of drinks. I changed my order to the schnitzel and we got our money back for the meals. My schnitzel was out really quick which i thought was strange so i cut it in half and it wasn't cook also.. only the crumbs were cook!!! i left the raw schnitzel on the bar n left. total disappointment
