Oaklea Hall offers a friendly, professional service in a comfortable home, promoting the confidence and quality of life for elderly residents.

Our Environment
Our residents have every opportunity to remain as independent as possible through the support and encouragement they receive from our caring staff. They also have involvement in decision making at all levels of resident care. This environment supports and enables our residents to be comfortable, content and fulfilled as valued elderly citizens.

Continued contact with relatives and friends is encouraged, this includes unrestricted visiting hours with a flexibility to incorporate family outings and participation in meal times. Relatives/representatives are consulted and included in all aspects of residents care through individual meetings and monthly resident/representative meetings. 

Oaklea Hall comprises 46 beds and provides comfortable homelike accommodation in large single rooms, each with ensuite bathrooms/toilets and emergency call bells 
Residents and families are encouraged to decorate room with memorabilia and familiar furnishings 
Oaklea Hall is designed on ground level for easy accessibility and is built around generous courtyards offering gardens to enjoy safely 
Large BBQ area 
Television and phone line points are in each room 
Cohabitated rooms with adjoining doors 
Public phone 
Caring Staff on duty 24 hours 
Off street parking for visitors 

Continuing Care
Oaklea Hall does not offer ageing in place, yet the facility can continue to care for residents as their care needs increase. However, where it is believed that Oaklea Hall cannot meet such care needs, negotiation will take place between the resident and/or their representatives. Such decisions are always made in consultation with the manager, medical practitioner and aged care assessment service.
