Have been going to Oasis Car Wash for 18 months once every 2 weeks to have my vans washed. Their service is the best, their work is exceptional. The manager STEVE even removes minor scratches. They applied paint protection on my new van, it looks great. Without doubt the best in Sydney.

Found the service at Oasis the best of any car wash in Sydney. They also sell wiper blades and fitted them on my car. The wax wash I had was great. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful.

The wash of my car was completely below standard especially when purchasing a deluxe car wash. When I tried to speak to the management about it they were completely rude!! Definitely will not be going back there and their rude manner has ensured that I will tell all my friends, family and colleagues of not just the shocking wash but of the worst customer service I have ever received!!

  I had the same problem, but I paid $50 for their service. There was still very visible sand on the carpet. They didn't clean the dashboard properly and wanted to charge extra $30 to use the silicone spray on the dashboard... what a disappointment.
  I saw another customer complaining about the bad job. It was also really easy to see his car was still dirty.
  The management was very rude with me as well... wow, worst service ever.

We bought a half price voucher from Jump On It for the Oasis Car Wash in Crows Nest. When we pulled up we were immediately greeted by a seemingly very committed and hardworking guy. He looked like he could have been a bouncer, but needless to say he was fantastic. Our car was washed inside and out and the guys seemed to go back over spots to get rid of tree sap and other crap accumulated on the car which is parked on street. When he called us back, he opened my door (my boyfriend was too busy getting himself in the car) and then closed it behind me calling me ma'am..very nice touch. Only negative was that the coffee was average. I will definitely return.
