We have been useing Office Works for about 3 months for our stationery, since we moved to our new offfice. We bought some new chairs, and unfortuantley we had to return 2 of them, due to an issue with the base. No problem we got some replacments, which we appreciated, but the youg office fella was a bit dissapointed as he had to put 2 more chairs together. Then after 2 months the same 2 chairs gave out... ARRRGGHH !!!
Long story short, after we took them back, the sales assistant advised us, that the chairs we had picked did not suit users over 115kg, and that for that matter most of the chairs at Office Works, don't suit larger users either. I understand the issue, --- but really even though it did not effect me directley surely not having a range of chairs that suit those over 115kg, seems a bit silly. And it was pretty tough to tell one of the girls at work the issue with the chair. Surely if the chairs, can't handle someone of 115kg, I did start to wonder how long the chairs would last for the guys in the office, that wheigh 90-110kg ??
Dissapointed. Why did they not tell us. -

The service was comprehensive and helpful. After browsing and not finding what I was looking for, a staff member came up to me and went to find the item. Then it was carried for me to the counter while I browsed further. I was greeted and farewelled with a warm smile. I'd definitely return! (They also take Fly Buys which I did not know about previously) -

A real great location just right in the heart of brisbane city; so much convenient for everyone to stopby. Have a great customer service as well; happened when I was look around for external hardrive, the staff was trying to explain and give me suggestions of which is the better deal for me with the limited budget. It was real great place that you can get any stationary or pc equipments that you are looking after. -

The staff were very well trained and aditionally had great experience and knowledge of the products.
the layout is very easy to follow
and you can be VERY sure that there will never be a shortage of stock or variety in each branch..
ofcourse, the price is very very cheap -

I found it really easy to shop at Officeworks and found most of the things I was looking for pretty quickly. It’s probably the most convenient way to buy office supplies because everything is in one place. This store had really helpful and friendly staff and even when they didn’t have the particular thing I was looking for they pointed me in the right direction as to where I could find it. Overall a good shopping experience.
