I had intended to write this before Christmas however I had other things on my mind until now. First of all I was highly recommended to visit this store by a mother from my sons school having just moved into the area. Upon arriving at the said recommended sports store was shocked to find more of a warehouse type store with dozens of larger boxes I front of the store as well as trickled all throughout the store making it hard for a mother with small children and a pram to move around in any easy fashion. I was also shocked that there was a high lack of staff response or assistance - whilst I know it was a busy Saturday it still would have been nice to have been approached or even assisted by clearing a path for my pram. I was shocked still to have been trying to manoeuvre through the store to turn around and my son had a cockroach in his hand. Whilst I understand that this store has been around for a while and recommended by my sons friends parents I did not find that this was the store for me. I have been told that their prices are very good but unfortunately I did not get to experience this part of the business as I could not bring myself to part with my money here. In my experience you visit smaller boutique shops for their convenience, better prices and especially better service! I will surely just brave Westfield next time and go to a real store.
