    Great technician, courteous, friendly and on time. Called when he said he would, arrived on time, yes I would recommend Omega. Only issue was that I feel you were a bit pricey compared to the competition but I would not hesitate to use Omega again.

    We use Omega for both plumbing and electrical work because we always get speedy service and work carried out by excellent tradesmen.
    Your people are polite, helpful, on time and always fully explain the work to be done and why it needs to be done.
    We have been in the habit of ringing your office to compliment a job well done.
    Equally we will ring to report any problems, although this has not been necessary in the case of Omega.
    We have no hesitation in recommending Omega to family and friends.

    The experience was very positive. Mark, the plumber, was professional, efficient, very polite and helpful. His work is of a high standard and he tidied up after completion of the work. We have other problems regarding repair of our upstairs en suite. Mark provided us with very helpful and professional advice on how to address those problems. We are extremely impressed with the work performed and intend to engage your company with some additional plumbing installations, hopefully with Mark performing that work.

    We are satisfied with Omega's response to our request for a technician. Although, the response did not quite match your advertisement leaflet, that is in regard to same day service. Never the less we understand that the recent weather conditions made it difficult to meet that promise as advised when we phoned you.

    I am from America and the standard of service in my opinion is bit lower here in Australia. I've become accustomed to that. In saying that, there were so many things that I noted as an exemplary service with Omega it was like dealing with an American company! Here were the positives:
    1. First we had an urgent problem, looked on internet. Omega's page popped up advertising 24 hour service. Call this number. Website was good.
    2. The gentleman who answered the phn scheduled a time and actually told me the name of the technician, Damien, that would be at my house between 2-4pm. He answered my questions about being able to swap out hot water heater on first visit.
    3. Got a call from Damien at 1:45 that he's on his way. He arrived at 2:15. I told him we just moved in so he offered to inspect all plumbing fixtures which he did.
    4. He assessed the problem and gave me the options and costs and gave his recommendation if we were staying in the home long term.
    5. He finished job by 4pm. He took me outside and showed me what to expect and what not to be concerned about.
    6. He gave me free 12 month membership to Omega's basic plan for service calls.
    7. He was very polite, personable and thorough.
    Overall I would absolutely recommend omega and would use them again for my plumbing needs.

    The other week I rang as I had water coming out of the system of the toilet and I did not know how to fix this problem.
    When I rang I was put through to a very nice gentleman, who said they could not come out that night; however he went through with me step by step of how to turn off the water.
    I have never had to worry about things like this before, and found it very daunting, and he put my mind at ease and didnt treat me as though I was stupid, which I have found with other plumbers.
    I have just made a reservation for one of your plumbers to come out on the to fix the toilet.
    I certainly recommend your staff to everyone.
    I found the gentleman on the phone very polite and professional.

    The tradesman listened to what information I had i.e. didn't treat me like what I was saying was irrelevant because I am not a plumber
    We were happy with the job that was completed
    The Tradesman appeared knowledgeable and completed the work efficiently, he also had to get equipment in which he sourced and organised that day rather saying he would have to come back. I am very happy and I would recommend Omega Services to all interested.

    As usual the service from Omega was superb and timely. The recommendations provided were spot on and the supplied hardware was exactly what we needed. When a slow leak appeared the next day in the area worked on the technician came back in short order and fixed it up. I am very happy with services provided and the technician. The whole experience was great.
    I would happily recommend Omega to anyone.

    I was very pleased with Marcel. He was a pleasure to deal with, very professional, polite and the job was explained in great details and the outcome is what I was after, the long term problem was fixed. The whole experience was fantastic.
    I have mentioned on the phone I would like to say 'thank you' to all concerned with fixing the blockage and how professionally everything was handled.
    Marcel came and investigated the problem and explained the situation thoroughly.
    I am very happy with tradesmen and would recommend your company to my friends if they ask.
