    On 19th.September,2012, I was alerted by next door neighbor of water leak which flooded my front yard since the night before. I referred to magnets with plumbers names, addresses and telephone numbers.

    I contacted few of them requesting to attend to this emergency. Even though they claim can provide 24 hours service, none of
    them said could come within the next few hours. One said may be able to come late in the evening without guarantee of doing so. Another said, would not be able to come before next day.
    Of course, it is a problem which has to be rectified quickly in order to have water inside the house.

    Then, I thought to contact this plumbing and electrical service hoping to receive quick service. I did find that they are very responsive and a tradesman came in within couple of hours. He ascertained the problem. it required replacement of the rusted galvanized pipe with a new copper pipe. Within the following hours another tradesman came in with the required material and equipment and the job was completed by 3.00p.m.

    Their service is second to none, they appreciated the urgent need for the flow of water inside the house, which I commend them for it. Their charges if not less, it is compatible to similar tradesmen.
    I honestly recommend them to attend to any plumbing & electrical work, as they provide the best service available.

    I have used Omega electricians 3 times. Each time I have been impressed by the professionalism of the technicians and their friendly service. I am really happy with the services provided by Omega especially;

    1. The guys always turn up on time
    2. They ring before arrival
    3. I got an email beforehand with a picture of the technician and his
    details
    4. They clean up after the job
    5. They know what they are doing and do the job efficiently. It is quality work. They let me know if something is not going to work.
    6. It doesnt take long to book in work. For one of my jobs they even turned up on the same day that I rang. It was fantastic.

    I am also happy that you ask for feedback and rate the service to try and improve.

    I would not hesitate to recommend you to other people.

    This was the 2nd time we have used Omega and to say we are mightily impressed is no bull. The price,promptness,courtesy and standard of work is magnificent.

    We actually live in Newcastle but visit our son in Chatswood often and I can tell you that even though Newcastle is tiny compared to the Sydney area we DO NOT get service like that provided by Omega.

    When I telephoned Omega I was very impressed that they were able to get a plumber to me within 1 working day and an electrician too!!!!

    In the past I have had other companies saying that they would take a few weeks to fit my problems into their busy schedules or they had no time, this is why I
    was pleasantly surprised at the promptness and availability of the Omega team.

    The service was brilliant, they arrived when they said they would (even telephoning me to say when they would arrive at my home) and had a resolution to all of my problems and were only too happy to help me to understand how some of the systems work in my house!!!

    Due to their promptness, friendliness, willingness to answer any of my questions and great service I will absolutely be using them in the future and am happy to recommend them.

    Dear Omega,

    Just a brief note to say thank you for the great job your company performed at my home recently. When faced with a blocked sewer, our local plumber indicated that the job was too much for him to handle and recommended that we look for a company that could not only clear the blockages but who could also re-line the pipes where they were damaged and blocked by tree roots.

    I made a request for a quotation via your website and within minutes I received a telephone call to arrange a suitable time for an inspection. Soon after I received a confirmation email listing details of the plumber who was booked to complete the inspection.

    Matt arrived as arranged and carried out a step by step investigation and showed me the problems we had via his sewer line camera. He used the locator attached to the camera to pinpoint the exact positions where the blockages had occurred. I usually seek several quotes for work as expensive as this but Matt explained the situation so well that I had confidence to join your Home Protection Plan and accept the fixed price for the work required on the spot.

    Phil and the team arrived as promised next morning and again took the time to discuss exactly what they were going to do and how it may affect us during the day. Without exception, all the crew were courteous and treated our home with respect. The work required Phil and his team to walk through our home and each time they covered their boots and suitably protected the floor where they were working. Matt arrived again later and completed the high pressure pipe cleaning.

    Even when things didn't go to plan, Phil and the crew maintained a cheerful demeanor and took the time to explain the situation to me. We were constantly updated at each stage of the job and our home and yard was left in a neat and tidy state at the conclusion of each day. When the repairs were complete Phil showed me the results via his sewer line camera and the pipes look like new inside following the high pressure cleaning and subsequent lining work.

    Once the repairs were complete, Martin and his landscape team arrived and performed a magnificent clean up and remedial job in the yard. Again Martin and his crew kept us informed of their progress and left the yard in great shape.

    I am an electrician by trade and have been associated with the building industry for well over forty five years. In recent years we have had extensive renovations and extensions done on our home, however I have never witnessed a more professional team of tradesman and based on the work performed at our home, I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone requiring the services you provide. Many thanks to Matt, Phil, Martin and all the people involved for a job well done.

    The service provided by Elias was absolutely excellent and extremely professional. All costs and repairs required were thoroughly explained before he commenced work and I could not complain about anything or anyone connected with the Omega company.

    The entire operation from the time I sent a request online, to the follow up phone calls before and after the work was completed is unbelievably professional, especially in these current times when that is not always the outcome.

    Your company was recommended to me by my daughter who had previously required a plumber for drainage problems at her home and I will have no hesitation is recommending Omega to anyone else who may need repairs at their home.
