About Open Space Maintenance
OSM is a community enterprise that has been developed by WorkForce Plus to address the employment needs of the local community in Hume. OSM prepares long term unemployed jobseekers for the open labour market within 18 months by giving them ââ?¬Å?real jobââ?¬Â� experience and industry recognised training in horticulture.  
Our biggest client is Hume City Council. OSM performs various tasks for them. We have been working on infrastructure maintenance (repairing and upgrading table sets and rotundas in parks and reserves) and tree maintenance tasks on streets and in reserves.
