The staff is plain rude. Rung up on behalf of 4 clients needing plumbing work in their offices and asked to speak to the management and the staff bluntly said "they are not interested, do not call again"... alrighty I'll take my clients work else where.

  This is the owner of Overeem gas and plumbing. From your description it sounds like a member of our staff mistook you for a phone salesperson. We constantly have them calling asking to speak to management and we are rather fed up with it. For this mistake we are truly sorry as our staff are generally praised for their politeness. This is one area we pride ourselves on. I will remind administration to be certain of the call nature before swiftly cutting off someone trying to sell "an investment opportunity!" or something else we have no time for. Thank you.
