    This medical centre is excellent due to one doctor, Dr McSwan. He is the best doctor i have ever seen, i have recommended him to friends and family.

    This is a great medical centre; the staff are all friendly and caring even remembering my and my children's names after only 6 months or so of us seeing their doctors. We regularly see Dr McSwan as our GP and have seen other doctors at Ozemed on occasion and have found them all to be professional and caring.
    Don't worry about the wait; this is one of the few centres in the local area which both bulk bills AND MAKES APPOINTMENTS! Just call ahead and ask for an appointment.

    I was told the doctor would arrive 10 am and ended up arriving 11:30 and then i waited up to 1:00 pm until i saw the doctor. I was in the medical center by 9:30am. Don't waste your time!

    i waited 2 hours for a doctor to see me !!! i just left in disgust. yes they are right the worst medical center period.

    This medical centre is one of the best I have ever been to. The staff are super caring and helpful.The atmosphere is very bright and modern. The doctors are super kind and proffesional. Overall a great medical centre.

    The team at this centre are friendly and polite, not like most medical centres where it feels like a production line - Claire your experience must have been an exception.
