    Absolutely disgusting service. Had to use them for a freezer/fridge warranty claim that has now - due to P&R, dragged on for 2 months and counting. They have just done a no show for the third time now and refuse to answer their phone. The tradesman came out, unplugged my freezer overnight and plugged it in the next afternoon - that's it. Did not fix anything at all and did not pass the info into lg for warranty purposes. Then they tried to call me with an outstanding bill for it. They now need to send a 2nd tradie out as the first one didnt do any paperwork or tests and has gone on long service leave. Absolutely dusgusting & appalling - would NEVER recommend!!!
