Reading the reviews bought back memories of this place. No offence but this place does NOT deserve 5 stars! I dare say it was more of a genuinely "don't care" attitude from staff than a question of ethics. Bottom line, if there was a reason (i.e. what you have stated and which I do not dispute) then why didn't the doctor explain this at the time? Just a thought.

My wife was very ill. Went to this place being a local and trying to support the local community. Walked in to see a doctor, ensuring they were open and had time (over 30 minutes before closing I might add, but a weekend)
The immediate and abrupt response was
'Sorry, the doctor is taking no more patients"
    "excuse me?"
"this lady is the last patient" (pointing at a lady just entering the doctors office)
"but there is no one in the waiting room at all?"
'Sorry you will have to find another place'
At this stage my wife, who is very obviously distressed and unwell, was now crying at not being able to get medical attention.
I was too gob smacked to form any sort of reply. I just couldn't believe it.
Obviously this was the reason the waiting room was empty.
Luckily we were able to drive 25 minutes to find another doctor. We only had to wait 2 hours in the waiting room. But that's another story.

Not happy at all although the nurses and reception staff are great! The doc i saw was not worth a 3 second wait. After refusing 2 give my 15 year old daughter the pill without us seeing a privert gyno! For no reason ! I requested 2 see another doc and was refused! This is so wrong i only trying to be a responsible parents will not be going back!

There was a reason the doctor would not be able to give your 15 yr old daughter the pill, 16 is the legal age to have sex and if the pill was required for other reasons like a skin condition or something more personal a private gynecologist consult would be required first. I'm not in the medical business but I am a student instead of giving them a bad review you should have asked the reason behind the doctors decision. I personally would be more worried about a doctor giving a 15 yr old girl the pill with no reasoning behind it so therefore this medical practice is probably worth five stars for being completely ethical.
