I have taken all my cars here for years, all different makes (BMW/ Mini Cooper/ Porsche and Jeep). They are the most honest and efficient mechanics I've ever found. Chris is always upfront and knowledgeable. Having them do pre-inspections has saved me from buying a potential lemon. I've moved interstate now and I still haven't found anyone comparable to them down here. Communication/ knowledge / pricing and excellent work. I cannot rate them highly enough. I'm a girl that loves and knows cars, they were the first to not treat me like "just another woman that knows nothing", it was so nice to be spoken to properly and intelligently.
Pacific Motors services my fleet of cars. Andrew and Chris have always been flexible and gone the extra distance for me.
On one occasion we had a really serious transmission problem and they took good care of us. They really went out of their way to save us money on a replacement.

I have been pleased to recommend them to a few people who previously dreaded getting their car serviced because of bad experiences. I knew they would get looked after here. Top marks for the clean and comfortable reception and area too.
I have been using Pacific Motors for around 10 years. In that time I've had various makes (Suzuki, Mitsubishi, Renault, Subaru, Audi) serviced by them. They've always spend the time to explain the work carried out to my wife when the car is retrieved usually at the prescribed time.
The service team are also very understanding when it comes time to have the talk about 'It is time to sell the car' rather then continue on taking my money as my cars have aged and problems start getting expensive.

First experience not good due to lack of communication. Took car in with problem after positive phone conversation and told it would be looked at 'today or tomorrow' . Knowing they were busy I was patient. At end day 2, I called and left message for the service mgr that served us. They did not bother returning call that day so called next morning to be told they still hadnt inspected car and might look at it today. Went and colllected car ....if service centres can't even be bothered letting customers know status and reasons for delays before the car is repaired, how can you trust them with the fix? Wont be going back.
