At Padded Gloves you can lose unwanted fat, tone up, and improve endurance. At Padded Gloves you can experience the same training methods as a boxer- skipping, punching bags, focus pads and boxing technique. 

The classes are suitable for beginners to advanced and will teach you boxing combinations and technique as well as building your cardiovascular strength and increasing your overall stamina at the same time.

CARDIO BOXING 60 MIN

This class provides an excellent full body workout that will help you tone up, increase your fitness and burn fat while having fun! It combines the fundamentals of boxing training including skipping, punching bags and focus pads as well as boxing technique and combinations. This includes cardio, core and strength exercises and is suitable from beginners to advanced.

CARDIO BOXING MAX 90 MIN
Our Saturday morning MAX class is one of our most popular classes. This class includes all the elements of our cardio boxing class but at a much higher intensity. Let our trainers increase your muscular and cardio endurance, take your core strength to a new level and burn off more than just calories!

MOTHERS CARDIO BOXING 60 MIN

Our mothers class caters for beginners through to advanced and is perfect for new mums wanting to get back into shape! Our highly motivated trainers will guide you through a workout that encompasses all facets of boxing training including skipping, punching bags and focus pads as well as a specially designed floor workout combining cardio and resistance exercises to target core, legs and butt.

    Have to say these guys, in particular the head trainer Billy, is a cut above anything I've ever done. Billy doesn't talk about it but more than a couple of boxers credit him with taking them to world titles with his methods and his commitment to training. I'm just a dad battling with a belly and not enough time but two to three sessions of this a week work wonders for me and I like the fact he's got girls and guys and oldies and super fit people walking out of classes worn out and smiling. I rate it 'em.

    I LOVE LOVE LOVE these classes!!! All the instructors are amazing! They encourage me to get the best workout I can, and they know their stuff. I've lost weight and my friends keep telling me how good I look. Im not just a membership number. They help me improve and want to get the best out to me. Everyone should do it!
