It is difficult to choose an area of praise to begin with for Paint-N-Panels R Us.

I had an unfortunate incident (again) of my car being damaged in a car park and it was a small but nasty hit on my rear right side. I took it to Paint-N-Panels R Us and met Ken, who looked over my car, and gave me what I believe is a good price on fixing the damage.

I obtained the quote, booked in my car with a very friendly and helpful customer service team via email. I had some trouble to get my car in on the day it was booked, and asked if I could take it in the next day... no problem!

I parked the car in an unfortunate spot the day before and didn't have a chance to clean all the bird droppings before taking it in. They told me that it would take about 3 days to fix and even dropped me to the bus stop.

Nothing was a problem to ask them, and they even offered to help me get home after work if I needed it. Unbelievable.

I was more surprised when I got alerted the following day that my car was ready for pickup, and they even came to the bus stop to pick me up to go and get my car.

The work they did on my car was excellent, and they did it at a great price. But what surprised me even further was that they cleaned my car. Again, unbelievable.

I cannot recommend Paint-N-Panels R Us high enough.

Good on you Stan Martinov for having a big heart. You don't see much of that these days.
Stan's Paint-N-Panels R Us repaired my car after a crash on Christmas Eve 2007 and did an excellent job including supplying a loan car while mine was out of action. Car came back sparkling and A1. Very pleased with the service and courtesy but wait...there's more!
Just last week I discovered water had got into the boot somehow so got straight on to Stan who said to bring the car in and he would check it out. Turns out the problem was from a panel beating job done wrong at least six years ago by another company but Stan fixed it up for me on the spot and sent me on my way. All fixed with a gracious smile at no charge and it wasn't even his fault! Stan, you and your boys deserve the highest praise and recommendation.
