I have been a customer for 35 years at Paint'N'Powder. The staff are courteous and professional. The products sold are top of the range. The price paid for perfumes, make-up etc. reflects the high quality. Advice given about beauty products is excellent. Dianne, Neville and Abbey together with their staff go to extraordinary lengths to provide customers with professional service and advice.

  "the products sold are top of the range." No, sadly, they are not. Many, many people are aware that their old perfumes don't smell the same as they used to, so are either sourcing older bottles online (for much cheaper, I might add) or frequenting other, more accommodating organisations who realise this is an issue. When I brought this up with Paint n Powder - politely - they were rude and condescending which is appalling customer service. Not surprisingly I choose to go elsewhere. Have since met many others, online and in real life, who agree.

I have been a regular customer of Paint N Powder for several years.

The staff I spoke to seemed rude and condescending during our conversation, which was rather off-putting. They assured me that nothing had changed with the EDP or pure perfume versions of LHB. I then asked the price of LHB and was told - again, rudely - that it was around $234 for 75ml of EDP. I knew this was over twice the price online dealers were offering - minus the nasty customer service - so decided not to go with Paint N Powder.

I will not be returning to Paint N Powder.
