Counselling can help when you feel stuck or just feel you've got nowhere else to turn. Bringing awareness, seeing things from another perspective, finding strength and courage to challenge or change things - all of this can come out of counselling or therapy. Most of us need help of some kind, at some point in our lives. Actually, why do we leave it so long, until we're in a crisis? It's normal, for sure, but can also prolong our suffering. Be kind to yourself ... why not?
